This is a two hour meditation class on achieving Self-Realization, knowing who you are, freedom from suffering, realizing true happiness and peace of mind, and experiencing your ultimate eternal nature. It includes two guided meditations. Cost is $5.00 per class.
This class is held monthly for continuing progress and insights. No previous attendance or experience necessary. All are welcome.
